Komatsu Forest is part of the Komatsu Group and has been synonymous with innovations and solutions for mechanised forestry since 1961. Today, we are one of the world's leading manufacturers of forest machinery. Our aim is to provide solutions that enable sustainable forestry worldwide, and together with our customers, we strive to develop the future workplace within forestry.

We are around 1,780 employees globally, with about 820 based in Sweden. We believe that success stems from a welcoming and inclusive work environment, where open communication, honesty, and mutual respect form the foundation. As a key step in our efforts toward sustainable forestry, we have invested in a new future-proof and carbon-neutral production facility in Umeå, which also houses our headquarters. Here, around 40 different professions are represented within our development departments, our production, and various support functions. Our employees across Sweden and the rest of the world collaborate closely with our customers to care for the forest machines throughout their entire lifecycle.
