Med fokus på våra kunder, hållbarhet och kvalitet utvecklar och förbättrar vi ständigt våra skogsmaskiner. Här är vi över 130 ingenjörer och andra specialister som bland annat arbetar inom konstruktion, mjukvara och utveckling för att säkerställa att våra produkter förblir i teknikens framkant.
Hur jobbar vi?
R&D-avdelningen är uppdelad i åtta underavdelningar inom olika utvecklingsområden. Här har vi ett teamorienterat arbetssätt där utvecklingen sker i en högteknologisk miljö.
Genom ett nära samarbete med vår produktion, andra nyckelfunktioner samt vår prototyp- och testanläggning förverkligar vi våra produktkoncept.

Jag uppskattar komplexiteten i våra produkter samt inblicken i hur kunder använder våra maskiner runt om i världen. För den tekniskt intresserade så finns det hur mycket som helst att lära sig. I min roll som konstruktör finns möjlighet att jobba brett eller att fördjupa sig inom ett specifikt område.
