Your New Job
We are looking for several Product Managers to support our aftermarket organization. As Product Manager you will be an important part of our future success and report directly to our VP for Customer Support Business (CSB). Your main responsibility will be to define the solution portfolio based on business opportunity analysis, for one or several of our different aftermarket segments (Service & Service Contracts; Parts & Reman; Accessories & Equpiments; Simulators & Digital services/Tools).
With a strategic approach, you will lead product management activities throughout the lifecycle of our different solutions and products, from product planning and development to marketing, sales, product maintenance and eventually phase-out the offering. A key aspect of your role will be to drive and monitor revenue and profit, acting on any deviations. You will lead and work cross-functionally, drawing resources and competencies from various departments as well as external partners and suppliers.
The position involves global travel, which is frequent but plannable, and is based on-site at one of our locations, preferably in Umeå.
Who You Are
We believe you have at least five years of experience in a global OEM company and hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration, or have gained equivalent experience. Proficiency in English is essential and knowledge of a second language is a plus.
You are a strategic thinker with the ability to put strategic plans into practice. You are also business oriented, focusing on costs, revenues, and efficiency from a financial perspective. Your leadership skills enable you to identify and initiate activities and projects, coordinating functions across departments and external parties to achieve company goals. You excel at building relationships and work well with others while maintaining professional connections.
