Do you have a technical interest in machine control systems, mechanics, hydraulics and/or electronics, and enjoy supporting others? Join our team of dedicated colleagues at Customer Service Business (CSB).
As a Product Specialist, you will be part of CSB’s product support team. We are eight people who focus on providing technical support and training to our sales companies and distributors around the world. With internal competencies and the expertise within our global network, we support the safe and successful operation of our forest machines in the field every day.
Your new job
In this role, you will provide technical support to technicians and create training materials. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships both internally at the factory and with our sales companies. Together with our technicians and specialists, you will help find solutions to minimize customer downtime as effectively as possible.
The position has a clear focus on communicating and documenting knowledge in an accessible and understandable way. Occasional travel may be required. Working with continuous improvement is a natural part of your and your team’s daily work.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has:
A technical interest and knowledge in control systems, mechanics, hydraulics and/or electronics.
Experience with heavy vehicles.
Experience in transferring knowledge or training others (considered an advantage, but not a requirement).
Solid product knowledge of Komatsu Forest machines and experience from systematic troubleshooting (also an advantage).
As a person, you have an open, positive, and solution-oriented approach. You communicate easily in both Swedish and English and express yourself well in both speech and writing. Building trust and maintaining long-term partnerships comes naturally to you. Taking initiative, adapting to varying situations, and seeing tasks through to completion are qualities you value. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
